The star of this year’s Dolce Vita is British singer and pianist Mike Sanchez. Following the recommendation of the legendary leader of the group Led Zeppelin, Robert Plant Sanches joined the band Big Town Playboys which became famous during the Eighties. Performing the early R & B and rock and roll, he had the honor of performing with blues legends such as Jimmy Reed and Little Walter. With his band he also appeared on the soundtrack of the film The Color of Money (Paul Newman, Tom Cruise). Big Town Playboys performed with Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck. Mike became a member of Rhtyhm Kings, a group founded by the legendary bassist of the Rolling Stones Bill Wyman. The highlight and the final cry of the dynamic, exciting and unique Sanchez took place two years ago when he recorded a joint album with Imelda May, the hit maker from the UK.
